PERSONAL PROPERTY TERMS:  A TEN (10%) PERCENT BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to the high bid on each lot. All items must be paid in full prior to removal from pickup site. Items that are not picked up or paid for within 24 hours, with no contact from Nolan Sales, will be considered abandoned and your credit card will be charged.

PAYMENTS:  Payments made prior to pickup must be made by credit card. Payments made at time of pickup will be accepted by cash or check.
